About Us

Already committed to a healthy body and mind, Kathryn Crookes became fascinated by holistic therapies. In 2001 she embarked on worldwide study during which she trained in the Far East and worked in some of the most prestigious spas, including the world renowned Dome Retreat in Brisbane, Australia and the award winning Ragdale Hall in Melton Mowbray.

It was in Australia where Kathryn discovered the Ka Huna treatment. She was so impressed by the improvement in health that Ka Huna Massage could achieve that she felt compelled to train as a practitioner. She has been practicing Ka Huna Massage in the UK since her return from Australia in 2005.

With the intensity of modern living eroding physical and mental wellbeing more rapidly than ever before, it's becoming increasingly important to maintain positive and relaxed vitality - a Ka Huna massage can certainly help with this. Kathryn's training and experience, in a variety of holistic therapies, enables her to provide individually-tailored one-off Ka Huna treatments, or ongoing therapy plans, for relaxation, renewal and rehabilitation.
